Elizabeth City, NC Sewage cleanup under house / Crawl Space (757) 535-4367
Moyock, NC under house cleanup, Currituck, NC cleanup animal waste under home, Camden, NC raw sewage cleaning and disposal in crawl space, under house odor removal Eastern North Carolina.
As we go thru the winter months the space under your home takes the brunt of the harsh conditions such as temperature, wind, water and animals. As we experience up and down temperatures the pipes in your crawl space can expand and contract. This is a serious issue resulting in cracks and breaks in both plastic sewage lines and cast iron sewage pipes. If we are to experience more than 3 days below freezing make sure you close the vents to the crawl space. When temps go back above freezing open them back up as you need that air flow to eliminate moisture issues. Cold also brings in mice and other animals looking for nesting areas. Large amounts of rain can introduce pooling water under your home. If this water does not dry up it can cause odor issues. Aftercare cleans up raw sewage contamination in crawl spaces, under houses, garages and basements. Aftercare cleans and eliminates odor issues from animal contamination, standing water, sewage, dead animals and contaminated insulation. If you think you have a problem or just haven't check under your house in a while call us for a free estimate. Don't wait for spring to inspect your crawl space this allows to much time for additional damage. Aftercare provides free estimates in Eastern North Carolina (757) 535-4367

Odor removal in any city Hampton Roads, Virginia (757) 535-4367
Everyday aftercare deals with odor elimination problems. This is a very
tough issue in the clean up business. Any company that says it can
remove any odor problem 100 percent is not telling the truth. I have
smelled every stink in the business and they are always a challenge to
get rid of. Our cleaners battle smoke from cigarettes, Sewage spills under homes, Animal fecal
smells, Human urine odors and Unattended death smells; however no smell
is harder to eliminate than cat urine. To truly destroy odor you must
find the source and eliminate it. Even if this is done properly their is
still a lot of work to be done. Proper cleaners must be used to
sanitize and prep the surface that was contaminated. Oil based paints
should always be used in odor problem areas. Enzymes should be used for
urine issues. Knowing the pattern that the odor followed in a
contaminated area will help you to be successful at removing it.
Aftercare technicians are trained to stop and think about any area that holds odor, smell all areas, thoroughly follow contamination path and inspect all connecting areas.
The bottom line is odor removal is very tricky and many types of techniques may have to be implemented . Aftercare removes odors in houses, automobiles, attics, crawl spaces and storage units. Need a free estimate call us today. (757) 535-4367 Service in all cities in Hampton Roads, Virginia

Clean Up Crawl Space in Hampton Roads Virginia
Is your crawl space area attracting animals? Let Aftercare clean up the
area under your house. Critters love to find places to hide and nest.
Aftercare sees over and over that animal waste Cleanups and messy crawl
spaces go together. Very rarely do we see problems in clean crawl
spaces. By keeping these areas free of debris animals don't feel
comfortable to set up a home. Falling insulation is the perfect nesting
material. Wood and trash on the ground create more cover for animals to
live unnoticed for long periods of time. The longer they stay the more
contamination builds up. Call Aftercare to cleanup and remove all
garbage that is under your house. Need a new moister barrier; let our
workers treat with a microbial spray and replace the old bad plastic
with a new 6mil protection. Animals leave behind scents that let other
animals know it is OK to live here. By spraying a microbial we can
eliminate that signal. Aftercare cleans up any type of environmental
problems in attics, under homes, basements or inside houses. Aftercare
service areas include: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake,
Hampton, Suffolk, Newport News and surrounding counties. Cleaning up
after animals is what we do best! Call us today and let's come up with a
plan to clean up any concern you have. (757) 535-4367

Will my Homeowner’s Insurance Pay for a Sewage Cleanup
in my Crawl Space?
In most cases, probably
not. In almost every case the claims adjuster is going to report that the sewer
line failed as a result of deterioration in the pipe. In fact, the adjuster is
going to ask many pointed questions as to your activity regarding maintenance
of the sewer line. Although the pipe is under the ground, Adjusters feel that it
is your property and you are responsible for maintaining it. Aftercare advises
that you contact us before calling your insurance company. Together we can
inspect the problem and come up with a presentation for the adjuster assigned.
The more knowledge you have the better the outcome for coverage.
There is however, a caveat
that may exist. If the sewer pipe is part of the infrastructure of the city or
town in which you reside, there may be coverage under the homeowner’s policy.
There is an endorsement available called “water backup and sump overflow”.
Although this endorsement is normally purchased for homes with finished
basements, you may have gotten it added to your policy automatically by the agent.
The coverage usually has a sub-limit of $5,000 or $10,000 along with a
deductible. If the water and sludge under your home is the result of a backup
in the infrastructure, then coverage will respond subject to the limit and
deductible.
In some areas of the
country where cities and towns have been affected by a shrinking tax base,
often times infrastructure maintenance is reduced to alleviate stress on the
budget. If that is the case where you reside then coverage may be available via
the water backup endorsement.
Aftercare knows the ends
and outs of making a claim for sewage spills under homes. Our technicians can
start immediately. Once we have cleaned a path to the broken pipe; your plumber
can get that break fixed. This will prevent further contamination in your homes
crawl space. Aftercare can now start to clean and disinfect all areas that have
come into contact with sewage. Aftercare will be happy to give you a free
estimate or answer any questions you may have. (757) 535-4367
