The landlord called us and sounded upset. He had animal control at his rental house and they had already removed seven cats. His tenants were not to have any pets according to the lease. When we pulled up at the house the owner was waiting for us. I need a estimate for removal of Urine soaked carpet he asks. Its very clear animals have had there way with this residence. I look down at my shoes i notice they are black what is that grease? As I move my hand down to check; nope not grease, Fleas !
